BAC maintain a very high advertising presence in the Gulf News, and regularly advertise three times a week on both the front and back Appointments Pages. This effectively means that we advertise more than any of our competitors, thus giving your vacancies maximum exposure.

Having been established for twenty four years, we also attract a high volume of unsolicited CVs from all parts of the world via email and our website advertising.

Immediately upon receipt of the complete job description, salary, benefits and other relevant information, the recruitment consultant assigned to you will immediately conduct a database search. Depending upon the position, the consultant may be able to forward prospective candidate cv’s to you within 24-48 hours. The more technical and specific the job description, the longer it takes to source and locate candidates. If we are experiencing difficulty sourcing candidates, we immediately consult with you regarding possible adjustment of the search criteria, in order to locate the appropriate candidates. If we are unable to locate suitable candidates we may (at our discretion) advertise the position in the Gulf News. BAC will bear the cost of this advertising. The circulation of the Gulf News is the GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia). We will also advertise the position on our website, which generates a global response. Advertising will continue at our discretion until we are successful in attracting suitable candidates.

The Recruitment Consultant reviews and shortlists candidates, and sends you only the cv’s that most closely match your specific requirements. Thereafter the consultant will follow-up with you to get feedback and to arrange an interview schedule. If you are not satisfied with the results of the search, we would again search our database and, if required, advertise the position and begin the process over again.
